Characteristics of the project
Company "InterHaus", being one of founders of the company “Jurmalas Vilnis”, implements the project on
construction of a modern multiroom dwelling complex with the commercial areas on a ground floor. The project
is in a stage of the reconciliation, the beginning of construction is planned for January, 2005. Term of
construction of 12-18 months.
The plot under construction of a complex with area 5997 sq. m. is in the silent center of Jurmala, near
to Dzintari Concert Hall, on prospectus Dzintaru 13/15.
The dwelling complex will be in exclusive area of city of Jurmala, on distance of 70 meters from seacoast
and on distance of 500 meters from Jomas street. At the same time distance up to the Riga airport - 10 kilometers,
up to the center of Riga - 20 kilometers. The city infrastructure is well developed in area of the dwelling
complex, there is a large pine park and tennis courts near to the dwelling complex. There is a lot of shops,
cafe and restaurants, the public and commercial organizations in the Jomas street. Several sanatoria and
health-improving complexes, various sports clubs are located in Dzintari and Majori. Quality of Majori and
Bulduri beaches located in the neighbourhood of the dwelling complex is confirmed with the Blue Flag.
It is planned to construct a seven-story apartment house with 76 exclusive apartments with area from 70 up
to 190 sq. meters on a place of the existing unfinished buildings. In the following table the quantity of
apartments and their parameters is shown.

All apartments will have terraces, but on the top floors - exclusive big terraces. The underground parking
place on 140 motor vehicle and a small ground parking place for visitors will be constructed under the
dwelling complex. The green pine zone for rest and walks, and also a playground for children will be created
around the house.
The dwelling complex will be equipped with :
- autonomous gas boiler-house;
- heating and air conditioning systems;
- ventilation and air recuperation systems;
- filters for water treating;
- Internet connection via RadioLink;
- cable television (it will be accessible more than 100 channels);
- several telephone numbers per apartment;
- security system and fire alarm system;
- system of video observation.
The internal lay-out of apartments can changed at the request of clients.
